Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your NZXT gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most products purchased directly from our store. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your NZXT account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside, and attach the provided shipping label.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
